Amboseli embodies five main wildlife habitats, plus a generally dry lake-bed - Lake Amboseli. These are open plains; extensive stands of yellow-barked acacia woodland; rocky, lava-strewn thorn-bush country; swamps and marshes; and at the western end of the reserve, above Namanga, the massif of Ol Doinyo Orok rising to over 2,760m (8.300ft) and still for the most part zoologically unexplored. Later dinner and overnight at your lodge/camp.

On the second day of your safari in Kenya, your adventure kicks off with an extensive game drive. Throughout your journey in Amboseli, you'll be treated to the majestic sight of Mount Kilimanjaro, expertly guided by our experienced African safari guides. Much like your first day, the national park will unveil its impressive array of wildlife. With some luck, you may witness herds of buffalo, families of elephants, prides of lions, and many other captivating creatures. For those interested, there's also the option to partake in an additional visit to a Masai village. These warriors are an integral part of a proud nomadic tradition, and you're invited to immerse yourself in their culture during your village visit. The Masai people are renowned worldwide for their bravery in facing wild animals, their strength, and their courage. Your visit will provide you with a glimpse into the rich Masai culture, featuring a warm presentation of traditional songs and dances that are central to their sacred rituals.
